Annual Winter Alumni Retreat & Reunion
February 24-26, 2017
CCMC’s Annual Winter Alumni Retreat & Reunion is a fun way to bring a little camp spirit back into your life in the midst of winter and a great opportunity to introduce people to the extended CCMC community. The retreat is open to all CCMC alumni, and alumni are welcome to bring guests and children. We hope to see you there, rain or shine!
When: February 24–26, 2017, from Friday 4 p.m. (dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.) through Sunday 4 p.m. Please do not arrive before 4 p.m. on Friday.
Where: In the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains, at a retreat facility with plenty of places to play music in large and small groups, hiking trails and other recreational facilities. Winter Retreat takes place rain or shine!
What happens there: No structured activities are planned. The weekend will be yours to socialize, sing, dance, play, whatever!
Lodging: Overnight lodging is pre-assigned. Depending on availability, you can request a co-ed, women-only, men-only, or a quiet-at-night room.
Who can come: The retreat is open to all CCMC alumni, retreat alumni, and their guests. Enrollment is limited. Because there are no “new camper orientation” events, you should plan to attend with your guests to help them explore the jams and music circles that will abound.
During the registration period, each alum is limited to one adult guest. If space is available, you may bring additional guests.
Children are welcome. Please send an e-mail to retreat@musiccamp.org if you wish to enroll a child, keeping in mind that there are no planned children’s activities.

If you want to bunk with someone specifically, list their names under “Other camper names” on your registration form, or send an e-mail to retreat@musiccamp.org. Note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Meals/Food: Your full weekend price includes six meals: Friday dinner, three meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. If you have dietary restrictions or specific food allergies, send an e-mail to retreat@musiccamp.org with “Diet Special” in the subject line.
Saturday-only option: If you can’t make it for the entire weekend, join us for lunch and dinner on Saturday. Play all afternoon and into the evening (you must leave by midnight). Saturday-only opportunities are limited.
Price:

$230 for the whole weekend (six meals, two nights’ lodging).

$85 for Saturday only (lunch, dinner – no overnight).
Payment and Registration:
To pay with a credit/debit card or from your PayPal account, use the Register Through PayPal button at the top.
If you want to pay by check, click the Pay By Check link above to generate an e-mail message. Follow the instructions in the message to send us your information by e-mail. Besides sending the message electronically, print it out and mail it, along with your check, to the following address. If you don't have access to a printer, please print the information legibly on paper and mail it along with your check.

Refunds:
If you have registered and cannot attend, please click this email link (retreat@musiccamp.org) to notify us! If you cancel your registration before February 6, we will refund your monies less a $25 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted for those who register or cancel after February 6.
