About Music Camp
You can register for either or both weeks of camp. You can pay online using PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account; PayPal accepts your credit card. If you pay offline, you may take a $20 discount on your final payment if you make all payments by check. Either way you pay, please provide some additional information on-line to complete your profile. After we receive your information and deposit, we’ll send a confirmation letter.
Prices And More Information
Price for each week includes all meals, instruction, materials, and your choice of lodging:
$930 tent camping.
$955 RV camping (no hookups).
$1030 for a space in a cabin without plumbing.
$1,090 for space in a cabin with sink, toilet, and shower.
Cabin space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
A $200 deposit for each week and each camper is due with your registration form (cash, check, or PayPal in U.S. funds only). Full payment is due June 1. You may take a $20 discount on your final payment if you make all payments by check.
To reserve a spot for yourself and/or others, you need to make a deposit for each person and each week you want to attend. All balances are due June 1, but can be paid at the same time you make your deposit. Finally, you can make a donation to support the scholarship fund. The tickets serve as a confirmation of your registration.
Who Can Register
CCMC is primarily for adults 18 and older; some students aged 14–17 are accepted on a case-by-case basis (contact us for more information). No pets allowed (not even adorable, well-behaved ones).
If you are accepted into camp and cancel by June 1, we will refund all money received, less a $100 handling fee. If you cancel between June 1 and two days before your session begins, we will refund all but $200. No refunds if you cancel less than two days before your session begins (or after it begins). Registrations are not transferable.
The Waiting List
If your preferred week is full when you register, we will notify you and will follow the instructions from your registration form. If you requested being on the waiting list, we'll let you know when space opens up, then you can decide what you want to do. While on the waiting list, all payments are refundable upon your request. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel yourself from the waiting list.
Typically, everyone who stays on the waiting list gets into camp, but it might not happen until a day or two before camp begins (of course, we can’t promise you’ll get in). We average 10 to 12 cancellations for each week from registered campers. Some people on the waiting list cancel also. Campers as high on the waiting list as #36 have gotten in, usually at the last minute. Please email email@example.com to cancel yourself from the waiting list.
