About Winter Retreat
CCMC’s Annual Winter Alumni Retreat & Reunion is a fun way to bring a little camp spirit back into your life in the midst of winter. This is a great opportunity introduce your friends and family to the extended CCMC community. The retreat is open to all CCMC alumni, and alumni are welcome to bring one guest of any age. We hope to see you there, rain or shine!
When: February 21–23, from Friday 4 p.m. (dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.) through Sunday 3 p.m. Please do not arrive before 4 p.m. on Friday.
Where: In the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains, at a retreat facility with plenty of places to play music in large and small groups, hiking trails and other recreational facilities. Winter Retreat takes place rain or shine!
What happens there: No structured activities are planned. We do have our traditions, however. There’s usually a singer/songwriter’s circle, there’s often a Beatles jam with songbooks available, bluegrass jams, ukulele circles, gospel revival, slow (and fast) swing jams, and hot Django. The weekend will be yours to socialize, sing, dance, play, whatever!
Lodging: Overnight lodging is pre-assigned. Depending on availability, you can request a co-ed, women-only, men-only, or a quiet-at-night room. Limited space for small RVs (<25 ft) may be available at the same cost as other lodging. Please send an email to retreat@musiccamp.org for RV questions.
Meals/Food: Your full weekend price includes six meals: Friday dinner, three meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. If you have dietary restrictions or specific food allergies, send an e-mail to retreat@musiccamp.org with “Diet Special” in the subject line.
Saturday-only option: If you can’t make it for the entire weekend, join us for lunch and dinner on Saturday, February 22. Play all afternoon and into the evening (you must leave by midnight). Saturday-only opportunities are limited.
Cancellations: Registrations are not transferable. If you must cancel after registration, please let retreat@musiccamp.org know ASAP. You’ll get a full refund less a $30 processing fee if you cancel before January 31, 2020. There are no refunds for cancellations received in February.

Or, purchase a Daytripper ticket now with your cabin preferences and request an upgrade in the special request field. The purchase date of either ticket gives you a place in the waitlist. When full camp space becomes available, we will resolve any price difference.
