Annual Winter Alumni Retreat & Reunion

CCMC’s Annual Winter Alumni Retreat & Reunion is a fun way to bring a little camp spirit back into your life in the midst of winter and a great opportunity to introduce people to the extended CCMC community. The retreat is open to all CCMC alumni, and alumni are welcome to bring guests and children. We hope to see you there, rain or shine!
When: Friday February 24 – Sunday February 26, 2012. from Friday dinner (6 p.m.) through Sunday afternoon.
Where: Beautiful Santa Cruz mountains, at a retreat facility where there are plenty of places to play music in large and small groups, trails for hiking, and other recreational facilities. The retreat will take place rain or shine!
What happens there: No structured activities are planned. The weekend will be yours to socialize, sing, dance, play, whatever! (Structured types can cook up some kind of spontaneous structured activity.)
Who can come: The retreat is open to all CCMC alumni, their guests, and children. Enrollment is limited. Therefore, each alum is limited to one adult guest and one child. We will open enrollment to more if there is still room after January 6. We do not provide any special activities or supervision for children.
Lodging: Overnight lodging will be pre-assigned. Please use your registration email to identify whether you prefer a co-ed, women-only, men-only, quiet at night room assignment or if you’re requesting specific bunkmates. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Meals/Food: The cafeteria-style meals are delicious! Cost includes six meals: Friday dinner, three meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. On your registration email, please indicate if you are a vegetarian, have dietary restrictions or specific food allergies the kitchen staff will need to consider.
Daytripping: There is a one-day (Saturday only) option if you cannot make it for the entire weekend. Join us for lunch and dinner on Saturday and play all afternoon and into the evening (you must leave by midnight). Daytripper opportunities are limited.
Cost: $185 per adult/child 12 and over, $120 per child aged 2–11, free for children under 2. $80 for Saturday only.
