Registering for Summer Camp
To register for camp:
- Send us your information. Complete the 2012 CCMC registration form (PDF) and return via one of the following methods:
- Print and mail it to the address on the form

Send required information via e-mail to registration@musiccamp.org

Send us your deposit. Pay for your deposit or full camp fee by including a check or money order (payable to CCMC) with your registration form.
A link to PayPal will be active very soon. Check back, or send an e-mail to registration@musiccamp.org to be notified as soon as we have it working.
You can register for either week or both.
After we receive your registration form and your deposit, we’ll send a confirmation letter and a questionnaire (sleeping preferences, dietary restrictions, transportation requirements, and so on).
Price
$800 (U.S.) per week for tent space; $925 for space in a cabin. Cabin space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Price includes lodging, meals, instruction, and materials. A $150 deposit is due with your registration form. The balance is due June 9.
Who Can Register
CCMC is primarily for adults 18 and older; some students aged 14–17 are accepted on a case-by-case basis (contact us for more information). No pets allowed (not even adorable, well-behaved ones).
Cancellations
If you cancel by June 22, we will refund all money received, less a $25 handling fee. If you cancel between June 22 and the day before your session begins, we will refund the amount paid, less your $150 deposit. No refunds after camp begins. Registrations are not transferable.
The Waiting List
If your preferred week is full when you register, you can do one of the following:
- Register for the other week (if there is room)
- Add your name to the waiting list for your preferred week or for the first available opening (which may mean the other week)
- Have your deposit returned
Since camp went to 2 weeks, the waiting list hasn’t been much of an issue. Typically, everyone who waits it out gets in, but it might not happen until a day or two before camp begins (of course, we can’t promise you’ll get in). We usually average 10 to 12 cancellations per week from registered campers and more from the waiting list. Campers as high on the waiting list as #36 have gotten in, usually at the last minute. Note: If you cancel from the waiting list or don't make it into camp, we return all the money you’ve sent us.
